As a "Cash Buyer" there is no mortgage or home inspector. The house is purchased "as is". This means that you are not required to do any repairs at any time. When we meet to see the house I will answer any and all questions and describe the process to you in detail, in a friendly, no pressure manner.

The entire transaction is handled by a title company as an independent third party. They will hold my deposit check as well as disperse funds at settlement. Feel free to use the title company of your choosing.
